  The price is low enough if you compare with other online stores as we don’t mark up the price to very high. All we want are repeated sales from you! Please look up for special promotions / sales that we hold frequently to reward our royal customers J

• What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
  Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.
     

• How do I know if the clothes fit me?
  We do provide all the measurement in details, so please get a measuring tape start measuring yourself, if you need any help, we are here to assist.
      

• Do I have a choice in currency payment?
  At www.qqqueen.com, we only transact in ( RM ) Ringgit Malaysia.
     

• Will I be able to view the total shipping charges when I checkout? How is the shipping rates?
  Yes. Anyway, our shipping rate is very simple. Enjoy FREE SHIPPING if u purchased 3 items above. For Penisular M’sia RM 6 for 1-2 items (flat rate), Sabah & Sarawak RM 8 for 1-2 items (flat rate) using the services of POSLAJU.
     

• When do I expect to get my order?
  Your order will be sent out in SAME DAY if payment is made and confirmed before 2PM. Otherwise we will ship out your goods the next day. Estimated delivery time depends on the destination address.
